Hair today GONE tommorow. I DID IT

I CHOPPED ALL MY HAIR OFF!!!!!!!
It was long

And I hadnt had it cut and barely even trimmed in 4 years.

I needed a change

PLUS it was falling out TONS

This is the shortest its been since before I started Chemotheraphy (Dec 2005)

I remember getting it cut really short before I started my treatment BUT thats only because I knew it was going to FALL OUT ANYWAYS

The stylist thought it was REALLY strange that I took a pic of my hair

But she didnt know how 'attatched' I was

It was my security blanket

I love it
I feel like a new woman lol
It feels alot thicker too

I was told to stop wearing it up in a ponytail as much because this could be causing it to fall out from pulling too tight.

So ever since Keira started nursery in March she catches EVERYTHING!!!!! :(

I think the kids just pass their germs on to one another

If its not a runny nose

Its a sickness bug

So at 5.20am on Friday morning Keira vomited everywhere

She woke us up and was sooooooo weak

All she did all day was sleep, drink sips of water then vomit....

I HATE HATE HATE when shes sick

I would rather me or daddy have it instead of her.

But she hasnt been sick anymore since 2pm yesterday afternoon

She asked to go on her swing AGAIN today

SO I thought the fresh air would do her good

She seems to be feeling alot better

Lots of kisses cuddles and mama's love must have WORKED MAGIC

Fingers crossed it was just a 24 hour thing...

She now has 2 whole weeks off nursery for EASTER!

WHICH I AM THRILLED ABOUT

Because I do miss her when shes not with me

I painted her nails to 'cheer her up'

Feeling ALOT better......

And probably weak from not eating

She absolutely loves her SWING
It always makes her smile

Although it wasnt that warm today

And we had to come inside after like 40 mins

At lunchtime I made a sandwich and a hard boiled egg

She only ate the egg

But thats better than nothing

Spring and summer, love and laughter....

Recently we have been having some GREAT weather here,

AND ITS ONLY APRIL

What we call 'spring'

Here in the UK we dont usually get nice warm weather until late Aug early Sept

So weve been making the most of it

Mainly just playing in our yard on Keira's swing/trampoline/sandpit

She is loving the new shades we bought her from Liverpool for £1.00 ha ha ha

We even ate lunch outside because it was so nice out :)
